WHERE DOES TOUCHED BY GLORY SHIP?
USA - 48 states. We are not currently shipping internationally. However, we do ship throughout the Lower 48 of the United States.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For processing and shipment for pre-orders please allow up to 5-7 business days for your item/items to be processed and shipped. Orders are primarily shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-4 business days. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your shipping label is created. You are welcome to sign up for shipping notifications to be notified when the carrier receives your package and track it to you. Once your choice carrier receives your package, all quieries regarding the whereabouts and/or status of your shipment must be directed to the carrier.

OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING COVID - PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.
MY PACKAGE WAS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
Please double-check the address entered before placing your order. Double-check your order confirmation again and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If the address provided cannot be verified by UPS, we will contact you for an alternative address.
If your package is sent back to us, please note that there is a reshipment fee that will need to be paid for an additional send-out.
There is a 15% restocking fee for non-reshipment packages. Shipping is nonrefundable once a package is sent out.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED, HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT:
Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to touchedbyglory@gmail.com - We need to be notified within 24 hours of missed delivery to assist you.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED.
